Kaltura API DocumentationthumbAsset.setAsDefault

Tags the thumbnail as DEFAULT_THUMB and removes that tag from all other thumbnail assets of the entry.

Create a new file sync link on the entry thumbnail that points to the thumbnail asset file sync.
